Nomination Comments The results are based on centrifugal model test research and numerical analysis of vertical revetment sheet pile by finite element software, and the polymer composite material is used as the main material of the waterway revetment project instead of conventional building materials, and the shape of the sheet pile is designed as M-type structure, which is lightweight, high-strength, green, environmentally friendly and highly adaptable. With the innovative C-T interlocking structure, the shape matches the channel shoreline, which can effectively resist the strong scouring of the channel's high-speed water flow and ship's wave, as well as the repeated scouring of the propeller; the sheet piles form an impermeable cavity at the joint after being connected, which is equivalent to a thickened impermeable barrier and has a better effect of preventing water seepage; the innovative sheet pile construction method with pile feeding structure has been developed, and the innovative channel sheet pile construction technology with a pressure-relief hole has been adopted. It solves the problems of difficult soil entry and pile-following of extra-long plastic sheet piles; it adopts flower trough type plastic steel ecological revetment pressure top structure and funnel type inverted filtration structure to create ecological and environmental integration of waterway revetment system; it establishes plastic sheet pile index system and quality inspection and testing technology through technical research by high-tech means.
The product-related technology has obtained 3 invention patents, 6 utility model patents, and published 5 papers.
